Covid-19 statement
We have amended our working practices to keep our customers and ourselves safe through the pandemic
- Our window cleaners work alone and can maintain safe distancing from others
- We carry soap and sanitiser to ensure our hands and any surfaces / equipment can be disinfected
- We wear gloves
- We offer a text reminder service so customers can unlock gates prior to our arrival
- We can email or text invoices to avoid posting our paper bills through the door
- We are minimising the handling of cash payments. If cash is your only method of payment, please leave the correct change in a safe place. All cash is then processed in a safe environment
- We look forward to seeing you as normal, we are getting quite good at having conversations through the kitchen window!😊

Coronavirus (COVID-19): what you need to do
"As set out in the section on staying at home, you can travel for work purposes, but only where you cannot work from home.
With the exception of the organisations covered above in the section on closing certain businesses and venues, the government has not required any other businesses to close – indeed it is important for business to carry on."
